1. General Conditions
By using this website, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under parental supervision. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Nature of Goods (Vintage Disclaimer)
* Unique Items: Our products are vintage and pre-loved. Each item is unique (“one-of-one”). Once an item is sold, it is no longer available.
* Condition: Due to the nature of vintage clothing, items may show minor signs of wear or age. We make every effort to photograph and describe any significant flaws. By purchasing, you acknowledge that these items are not “brand new” unless specifically stated.
* Color Accuracy: We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly reflect the actual color of the garment.
3. Sizing and Measurements
* Vintage sizing differs significantly from modern brand sizing. We provide manual measurements (in inches) for every item.
* Customer Responsibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check these measurements against their own clothing before purchasing. We are not responsible for items that do not fit if the measurements provided were accurate.
4. Pricing and Payment
* All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
* We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
* Payment Methods: We accept [Bank Transfer / JazzCash / EasyPaisa / Credit & Debit Cards]. For manual transfers, orders will only be processed once a screenshot of the payment receipt is shared via [WhatsApp/Email].
5. Shipping and Delivery
* Delivery Timeline: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery via [Courier Name, e.g., Leopard/TCS] usually takes 3–5 working days nationwide.
* Shipping Charges: A flat shipping fee of [Amount, e.g., 250 PKR] applies to all orders unless a “Free Shipping” promotion is active.
* Verification: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we may call or message you for a one-time verification. Unresponsive orders will be canceled after 24 hours.
6. Returns and Exchanges (The “Vintage” Policy)
* All Sales are Final: Given the unique and pre-loved nature of our inventory, we do not offer returns or exchanges for “change of mind” or “fit issues.”
* Exceptions: Returns are only accepted if the item received is significantly different from the description or has a major undisclosed defect. In such cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos.
7. Order Cancellations
* You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placement, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once the courier has picked up the parcel, cancellation is no longer possible.
8. Prohibited Uses
You are prohibited from using the site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts, or to infringe upon our intellectual property rights (including using our product photography for your own commercial use).
